Presumed to be a privately commissioned copy of a CWGC headstone commemorating Capt Anthony Chambre Dickson RA who was killed in action at Gurun, Malaya on or soon after 16.12.41. Buried at Taiping War Cemetery. This stone has been raised at St John's, Broughton, Lancashire:
