TWO RUN DOWN BY TRAIN
Platelayers William Nield and Edward Allcock were run down and killed by a train just outside Chester Station. Nield was almost decapitated while Allcock was severely crushed and lived for 90 minutes before expiring - Christ Church, Willaston:
