Another souvenir postcard, this time commemorating the loss of submarine L 24 which was lost off Portland on January 10, 1924. L 24 was in collision with the battleship HMS Resolution. All the crew were lost.

This is truly such a fantastic card, but so sad that it has to commemorate such a disaster.
An illustrated look at the World of Graveyards and Cemeteries. There are many Stories behind the Stones that Stand in them. Who knows what we might find?
