Charge of the Light Brigade veteran buried at St Mark's, Worsley. Richard Hall Williams 17th Lancers was a veteran of the Crimean War and the Indian Mutiny. Although not issued with Balaclava clasp to his medal, it is accepted he took part in the charge. https://bit.ly/2HqaMdz
