CONSCIENTIOUS OBJECTOR

Son of a Stone Mason, John Teasdale was a conscientious objector - 2105 Pte John Teasdale who was serving with No. 5 Eastern Coy, Non-Combatant Corps when he died May, 16 1918. Before the war, he was a Telephone Store Clerk. Lancaster Cemetery:
